Services

WMIS provides website design, digital marketing, IT consulting, and business operations support to small businesses. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in individual service agreements.

SMS Communications

By submitting your phone number through any form on this website and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages from WMIS at the number provided. This includes service-related messages, appointment reminders, and follow-ups. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.

Payments

Service fees are due as specified in your service agreement. The $95 Systems Diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the session is completed.

Intellectual Property

Work product created by WMIS for clients becomes client property upon full payment. WMIS retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

WMIS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
